02 | Capstone Project II

The second installment in this series of graphic novels envisioned an alternate future for MLK, Jr. Way, one in which the BART tracks were instead run underground in the mid-1970s, allowing for the corridor community to remain unaffected. In this new scenario, I wanted to highlight the potential successes the community would have in self-advocation, yet still consider the bureaucratic and systematic inequalities which would hault the neighborhood for decades.
