13A | Lifeform - Mechanica - Fusion

I began by creating a watercolor study of the Monarch Butterfly, then used a previously made collage of steampunk-esque gears and machinery to merge the two into one. My new mechanical fusion becomes a steampunk Monarch, with its natural coloring meshing seamlessly with the functionality of the machinery.
