This kit-of-parts neighborhood layout was guided by the program of “U” shaped dwelling units, parks, paths, and resident preferences. It took into consideration location, sunlight, noise, and traffic when arranging the units and neighborhood items optimally, ensuring movement and privacy were foremost concerns.
